Hi, I'm Michael.
I grew up in Germany, where precision, efficiency, and doing things right the first time aren’t just values — they’re a way of life. That mindset followed me into a 20+ year career in corporate IT and software development, and it’s at the
core of everything I build at MacroWorks Automation.
For two decades I’ve worked in enterprise technology — designing systems, automating complex workflows, and solving the kind of problems that cost organizations real time and real money. I’ve built automation solutions that run in heavily regulated environments, where accuracy isn’t optional and failure isn’t acceptable. That’s the standard I bring to every project, no matter the size.
A few years ago I started noticing something that bothered me. The same tools and techniques that save enterprise organizations thousands of hours every year were completely out of reach for small businesses — either too expensive, too complex, or just never offered to them. They were stuck doing manually what a machine could do better, simply because nobody had built the right solution for them.
That’s why I started MacroWorks Automation. To bridge that gap. To bring enterprise-grade thinking to everyday business problems — without the enterprise price tag or the corporate runaround.
I’m based in Merrimack, New Hampshire, and I work with clients wherever the work takes us.
